What if my preferred workshop session is full?
Each workshop is being offered twice – at session 1 and session 2. If you try to register for your preferred workshop and it is full, please try the same workshop for the other timeslot first. If that is also not available, please select your second option. You can email email@example.com with any queries.
Can I change my workshop registration?
There are limited spaces available in each workshop session, and spaces are filled on a first in first served basis. If you need to change your registration, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of what you want to change and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I register for someone else?
You can register on behalf of someone else provided you have their permission and have completed the required registration process including valid and confirmed payment.
Can I register before I have my ticket?
No, you need to purchase your ticket before you register for any workshops. Once your payment is confirmed you will receive an email to register for your workshops. You’ll need your ticket ID (located on your ticket) to complete your workshop registration.
What if I lose my workshop registration email?
If you lose your workshop registration email, please email email@example.com and we will resend this to you.

Require an invoice?
All online payments include a full GST receipt upon order confirmation. If you are a business / institution requiring payment via invoice please email us at email@example.com no later than Friday 3 May 2019. All email requests must include the following information for invoicing purposes:

Important - Tickets will not issue until invoice paid and remittance emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if I need a GST invoice?
The ticket receipt acts as your GST invoice and includes all details you need for accounting purposes including our GST number.

How do I get to the venue?

The Venue has a large bike storage area, with over 20 racks. The building also has excellent shower and bathroom facilities on site.
The City Link bus includes a circuit of Daldy and Beaumont streets every 8 minutes from Monday to Saturday and connects to services across the region. The #10 Bus service provides an hourly weekday service between Onehunga and Wynyard Quarter via Pt Chevalier, with a 30 minute frequency during peak times. The Inner Link and Outer Link buses stop on the other side of Victoria Park, only a short walk away. Similarly, the North Shore buses stop on Fanshawe Street, just minutes from GridAKL. The Council offers free designated parking for motorbikes and scooters in all its car parking buildings. The council also tends to have a relaxed approach to parking motorbikes and scooters in laneways and on footpaths as long as they are out of the movement of pedestrians.
